&Well is not just a page it’s a brand that embraces my absolute passion. A safe space to which I can share my learnings, guide, and support you on your health journey is at the core of who I am.

My journey into coaching wasn't without its challenges. While I've always been drawn to a healthier lifestyle, it was in my late 20s and into my 30s that I grappled with digestive issues, migraines, burnout, and anxiety. I felt like I'd lost control over what truly worked for my body. Then, a pivotal moment came when my mother received a devastating diagnosis of stage 4 cancer. It was a helpless feeling, knowing there was so little I could do to help her. This experience shifted my perspective on health.

While I wish I could have done more for her, it ignited a realisation of the profound impact holistic health has on our lives. Making positive, incremental changes transformed my life and led me to become a Health Coach, as well as an instructor in both Pilates and Barre. This journey has brought me closer to my true self than ever before. Now, armed with a deeper understanding and appreciation for the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, I am here to empower you on your wellness journey.
